Jeffrey Royce

Jeff joined WBH as Director of Operations in 2023.  He enjoys solving strategic and operational issues by navigating the complex regulatory environment, technological landscape, and refining processes, with the goal of providing an excellent client experience.

Prior to joining WBH, he worked with RIA firms in Kirkland, WA and Dallas, TX area, providing leadership, operational expertise, strategic planning, process definition and project management.  Jeff began his career at State Street in Boston, MA where he earned the position of Account Manager, servicing large mutual funds. 

Jeff was born and raised in New England.  He attended the University of New Hampshire, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in economics.  He resides in Bellevue, WA with his wife Heather and their dog Peca.  In his free time, Jeff enjoys running, playing golf, and hiking.
